When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During high-volume collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair accessories must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
How do I care for my hair accessories?
To keep your clips and headbands in pristine condition, avoid direct contact with hairspray, perfumes, and water. Store them in a cool, dry place and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. We are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations, but please contact our support team immediately and we will do our best to assist you.
