We want you to love your Emi Jay accessories; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your hair accessories in their original dust bags and box to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
